Executive Reputation Management

For people / Executives and Leaders

Your reputation took a career to build. We make sure your search results keep up.

Before a board vote, a term sheet, or a profile piece, someone searches your name and asks an AI who you are. Nobody tells you it happened. We make sure what they find is current, accurate, and yours.

The check you never see

The impression forms before the meeting

A director runs your name before a nomination vote. An investor checks the management team before the memo goes to committee. A reporter reads your history before the call, and a senior candidate does the same before accepting your offer. None of it happens in front of you, nobody mentions it afterward, and each of those people forms an impression in the time it takes a page to load.

Here is the uncomfortable part: you probably do not know what they saw. Most executives have not searched their own name in years, and almost none have asked ChatGPT who they are. Maybe what comes up is fine. Maybe it is a bio from two roles ago, a headline from a company you left, or a stranger who shares your name. The point is that people with decisions to make are reading it either way.

So here is exactly what hiring us looks like, in four steps and plain English.

01 Research · Getting the lay of the land

First we see what they see

We open the same file a diligence team would. Your exact name. Your name plus your company, and plus the companies before it. Then the question that decides more of this than most people realize: we ask the AI assistants who you are, because a growing share of the people vetting you never get past that one answer.

We map all of it, page one for your name, the profiles feeding the AI summaries, old coverage that still ranks, court and filing records, and any namesake being mistaken for you. It is the same ground a vetting committee or an acquirer covers, walked before they walk it. We wrote up what that check surfaces for an executive if you want to see the terrain first.

02 Plan · Spelled out in plain language

Then we walk you through it, plainly

This industry has earned its reputation for vague plans and big promises, and you have too much at stake for either. Ours is a conversation. We walk you through what the research found, what should change first, what it costs, and what to expect month by month. We are straight about what can move quickly, what takes time, and what cannot move at all. We take complicated work and make it simple, and you will understand every line before you commit to anything. If your record supports a Wikipedia page, the plan says so and says what it takes; if it does not, we tell you that plainly too.

03 Execute · This is where we shine

Then we build the current record

The current record gets built piece by piece, and we carry all of it. We build the personal site that anchors your name. We bring your bio and profiles current everywhere they appear. We earn press coverage of the work you are doing now, and we build the Wikipedia page reporters and AI treat as fact, where your record supports one. Where an old result is eligible for removal, we remove it. The rest gets outranked by the accurate, current record, and whatever else the plan calls for, we handle it.

All of it happens quietly. The work itself never becomes visible, and we never name our clients. That discretion is the product. Measurement stays concrete: page-one composition, profile accuracy, qualified removals, current coverage, and the sources AI assistants use.

04 Monitor · You should not have to watch this

Then the watching becomes our job

A career's results do not hold still: coverage lands, AI assistants revise their answers, old records resurface. Tracking your own name is nobody's idea of an executive's job, so it becomes ours. We check your footprint weekly and send a monthly summary in plain English: what changed, what we did about it, and what comes next. It is shorter than most board pre-reads.

Watching closely has a second benefit. If a story breaks, a reporter calls, or a headline starts spreading faster than it deserves, you are not briefing an outside firm from zero. We know your footprint and your baseline, and we can begin responding the same day, quietly. That is what crisis response looks like when the responders already hold your file.

The board's search happens without you in the room. Ours happens with you.

We come back with what is current, what is stale, what belongs to a stranger who shares your name, and which of it can change and on what timeline. Discreet from the first call.
