Reputation Management for Founders

For people / Founders

You're building something real. Search should say so.

Investors, senior hires, and customers all run your name before they reply, and a growing number ask an AI assistant instead. We make that first look match the company you are building.

The problem you already know

Someone else sees it before you do

A partner forwards your deck to an associate. Before anyone reads a slide, someone opens a new tab and searches your name. They skim LinkedIn, check the directories, and increasingly ask ChatGPT or Perplexity what to make of you and the company. That two-minute look sets the tone of the meeting before you say a word. The same reflex fires when a senior candidate weighs your offer, a customer runs the is-this-real check, or a reporter decides whether you are worth a callback.

You have poured months into the product. Then you search the exact brand name and page one is a ghost town, or it belongs to a stranger who shares your name. Or the AI answer is worse than empty: it confidently describes features you never shipped and positioning you never claimed, and the person reading it has no way to know. What they found does not match the deck, and the doubt arrives right when you need certainty.

If it is the company's own visibility that worries you, the category questions your buyers ask and the answers that name somebody else, that is its own project: see our page for startups. Here is how we fix the founder side, in four steps and plain English.

01 Research · Getting the lay of the land

First we find out what they find

Our first job is to see what they see, so we run the searches other people run on you. Your exact brand name in a clean browser, to see whether page one is yours, a namesake's, or nobody's. Your own name. And the question a growing share of diligence now starts with: what ChatGPT and the other assistants say about the company when nobody from the company is in the room. Those answers disagree with Google more often than you would expect, and they are wrong with total confidence.

Then we audit the records that get read automatically: your LinkedIn, the startup directories, the data platforms investors' own tools pull from. Many of them already hold a profile on you, assembled without your input and quietly going stale. It is the same review an investor or acquirer runs before writing a check, run for your side of the table first.

02 Plan · Spelled out in plain language

Then we lay the plan out, line by line

You have seen the pitches this industry makes: vague methods, promised deletions, guaranteed rankings. We do none of that, and we will tell you plainly when something cannot move. Our plan is a conversation. We walk you through what the research found, what should change first, what it costs, and what to expect month by month. We take complicated work and make it simple, and you will understand every line before you say yes to anything.

03 Execute · This is where we shine

Then we build what the plan calls for

The building starts as soon as you say go. We build or repair the website. We write the articles, refresh the profiles, place the press, and get the AI answers describing the company you actually run. Whatever the plan calls for, we handle it, and you get back to building.

The results get measured from the baseline we document before the build: which pages hold the brand and founder searches, whether profiles agree, which sources AI assistants cite, and where old companies or records still compete with the current work.

04 Monitor · You have a company to run

Then we keep watch between announcements

Search results move fastest exactly when you are busiest: a launch, a round, a hiring push. New coverage lands, a forum thread starts, the AI assistants revise what they say. None of that should be your job to track, so it is ours. We check your footprint weekly and send a monthly report in plain English: what changed, what we did about it, and what comes next. You can read it between meetings.

Watching closely has a second benefit. If something catches fire, a thread picking up steam or a story running before you were ready, you will not be onboarding a crisis firm mid-fire. We know your footprint and your baseline, and we can begin responding the same day. That is what crisis response looks like when the responders already know the company.

Page one for your name is either yours or somebody else's. We find out which.

That check runs on Google and in the assistants, where the answer about a founder and a young company is wrong with total confidence more often than you would expect. You leave knowing the gaps and the cost of closing them before the next raise. Nothing you tell us leaves the room.
