Reputation Management After a Case

For people / Justice-Impacted

The case ended. Your search results did not. Let us handle that part.

A judge can sentence you to a period of time. Google tries to sentence you for life. We do not accept that. We find every place the past still shows up, take down what can come down, and build the record that shows who you are now.

The problem you already know

Someone else usually sees it first

The courts are built to end. You close the case, you meet every condition, and on paper the matter is done. The internet never got that news. A docket that a private site copied years ago still shows the day you were charged, with no line for dismissed, sealed, or served. You can win an expungement and the copies keep publishing the old version anyway, because sealing the courthouse file does not reach the sites that scraped it first. And if you have ever paid a mugshot site to take a photo down only to watch it surface on three others, you already know how that industry works. It is the same reason we will never lead you on with a guaranteed-removal pitch.

What makes this cruel is that you almost never see the damage happen. A hiring manager searches your name between the interview and the offer. A landlord runs it before the lease. A loan officer, a licensing board, someone you just started seeing. Nobody mentions that they looked. You just get silence, the callback that never comes, and no reason given. The search result did the talking, and it told a story that ended years ago.

We should say plainly where we stand. We are a proud second-chance employer, and we believe in the power of people to change. We chose this work because a closed case should not get to introduce you for the rest of your life. Here is exactly what working with us looks like, in four steps and plain English.

01 Research · Getting the lay of the land

First we find everywhere the case still lives

Before we touch anything, we search your name the way a hiring manager does. Incognito, with your city attached, on Google, on Bing, and in the AI assistants, because an AI answer is quickly becoming the first impression and it repeats whatever record it can find. Then we go deeper than page one: every docket copy, every people-search listing, every booking photo, every old article and agency press release, and which of those sources feeds the others.

If your record was sealed or expunged, we check whether that news actually reached any of them. It usually has not, and knowing exactly where the gap is turns a vague dread into a fixable list.

If you would rather see it before you talk to anyone, our free scan runs your name on Google and Bing and flags every court, arrest, and broker listing it finds. No email required.

02 Plan · Spelled out in plain language

Then we tell you the truth about each one

You have probably already met the other version of this industry, the one that promises to make everything disappear for a flat fee and calls back with a bigger number. We work the opposite way. We walk through what the research found, item by item, and sort it honestly: what can be removed, what can only be outranked, what each will cost, and how long each takes. Some things cannot come down, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. We take complicated work and make it simple, and you will understand every line before you say yes to anything.

03 Execute · This is where we shine

Then we do the work, all of it

From the plan forward, the work is ours. We file the court record removals with the sites that honor them. If your record was sealed or expunged, we push that outcome to the copies that never updated, which is its own discipline. One client's case had been expunged years earlier and an arrest article still held the #1 spot on her name. It was down in 8 days. For the pages that will not come down, a stubborn article or a government press release, we build around them: your own website, real profiles, new articles, the honest record of who you are now, strong enough that search engines put it first. Whatever your situation calls for, we handle it. You get on with your life.

The work is measured against the list we document at the start. We record which copies were removed or updated, which pages remain, and how the first page and AI answers change over time.

04 Monitor · You should not have to keep checking

Then we watch it so you can stop looking

Typing your own name and rereading the worst chapter of your life wears a person down, and by this point you have done it enough. So we take over the watching. We check your footprint weekly and send a monthly report in plain English: what changed, what we did about it, and what comes next. Removed listings have a way of reappearing on some new site, and we catch that early instead of letting you find it the hard way.

Watching closely has a second benefit. If something flares up, an old story recirculating or a new post gaining steam, you do not have to relive it alone or brief a stranger. We know your footprint, and we can begin responding the same day. That is what crisis response looks like when the people responding already know your story.

The copies do not update themselves. We go get them.

We inventory every docket copy, mugshot listing, and broker page still carrying the case, then say plainly which can come down, which can only be outranked, and what each costs. No guaranteed-removal pitch, which is how the mugshot sites make their money. We never name our clients, and that is the point.
