Our story
The firm is based in Philadelphia. Drew co-founded a startup that failed in public, and for a long time, the first thing people found when they searched his name was the worst chapter of his life, told by other people. He rebuilt his own online footprint from the ground up. Once that worked, people started asking him to do the same for them, which became the foundation of the company. You can find more about that here.
What we believe
Everyone should have a say in how they are presented online. Search engines and AI assistants now write the first draft of your reputation using whatever is easiest to find rather than what is true or current. You should get to correct that draft.
We are honest about what is possible. If something genuinely cannot come down, we say so on day one instead of selling hope, and if there is a cheaper way to get the result, we point you to it. We publish a lot of what we know in our free guides because we do not believe in gatekeeping.
We publish our pricing openly, offering everything a la carte with no retainers and no long contracts. Drew touches every project himself.
We support the people building things
We love entrepreneurs. Their work is close to what we do every day as we help a new idea get found before anyone knows the name behind it. We sponsor FoundersAlley and its Philadelphia conference as part of that commitment.
We believe in second chances
We hire for them. Some of our team have been through the criminal justice system, and we do not do this as a public relations move. Someone who has watched a court record cost them a job interview understands this work in a way no one else can. Helping them clean up their search results and move forward is one of the most concrete things we do.
We show up beyond our own hiring. The firm is a three-year sponsor, from 2024 through 2026, of the White Collar Support Group, and Drew serves on the steering committee for its annual conference.
Email us if you are an employer curious about second-chance hiring, or if you have been through the system and are looking for work. We are always open to that conversation.
