Service / Website development
Your site has two audiences. One is a machine.
We build fast, structured sites that Google ranks and AI assistants can read. A personal brand website is included in the standard personal online reputation management package, which is $1,888, not billed on top of it. Business websites are quoted per project, generally between $3,000 and $6,000.
Most sites were built for neither audience
People decide in a few seconds whether you look credible. Machines decide something narrower and harsher: whether you can be ranked at all, and whether an assistant has anything to cite when somebody asks about you. Most sites were assembled in a page builder to look fine at a launch meeting, and they have been slow, heavy, and unreadable to machines ever since.
That is the quiet cost. A site a machine cannot parse does not rank, does not get cited, and does not exist where your next customer is looking. There is no secret to how we fix that, so here is the whole build, start to finish.
What a build costs, before you ask
We communicate openly about everything we handle: what it costs, how long it takes, who it fits, and what a new site will not do for you. No call required to see it.
A personal brand website is included in the standard personal online reputation management package, which is $1,888, not billed on top of it. Business websites are quoted per project, generally between $3,000 and $6,000. That includes design, build, content structure, SEO foundation, and AI optimisation, with no recurring charge for the site itself.
Landing pages and microsites are typically live in under a week. Personal brand sites run 2 to 3 weeks, business sites 3 to 5, assuming you are responsive during review.
- Your name or business needs one property on the internet you fully control
- You want search and AI discoverability engineered in from day one, not bolted on
- You are done with slow WordPress templates and constant maintenance
- You want a cheap template site with no SEO or AI foundation (that is what we replace)
- You need ongoing content and SEO bundled in (those are separate engagements, priced independently)
- A fast static site on a modern framework, built to score well on performance metrics
- The full SEO foundation: meta tags, structured data, sitemaps, semantic HTML
- The AI layer: llms.txt, schema, and content architecture assistants can cite
- Permanent ownership of the site with no recurring charges
A new site is the technical foundation, not instant page one for competitive terms. For your own name it typically ranks within weeks; competitive keywords are earned over time.
01 Research · What the current site is costing you
First we find out how your site reads today
Before we design anything, we look at your web presence the way the machines do. We run the searches your customers run, note where you show up and where you are missing, and read your current site the way a crawler reads it. You get the findings as we found them, not a scare report. If your current site is worth keeping and fixing, we say so.
If your current site is worth keeping and fixing, we say so.
02 Plan · Sitemap, scope, and the date it goes live
Then we put the plan in writing
Every page we will build, what each page will say, what it costs, and the date it goes live. A personal brand website is included in the standard personal online reputation management package, which is $1,888, not billed on top of it. That build ships in 2 to 3 weeks. Business websites are quoted per project, generally between $3,000 and $6,000. Those run 3 to 5 weeks. The finished site is yours outright, and there is no charge for the site itself after it launches.
What the plan spells out
- Every page we will build, and what it says
- What it costs, before you commit to anything
- The date the site goes live
- What is included and what is a separate service
- Who owns the finished site, which is you
03 Execute · Design, build, ship
Then we build it, end to end
We write the content, design the pages, and build the whole thing on a modern framework with no page-builder weight. Every site ships with structured data on every page, semantic HTML, clean URLs, an llms.txt file for AI crawlers, and load times measured against the published Core Web Vitals thresholds: main content painted inside 2.5 seconds, interactions answered in 200 milliseconds, and the layout holding still while it loads. The rest of the build follows Google's Search Essentials, which is the shortest honest answer to what a site has to do to be eligible for search at all.

For a personal site, what you get is the property that ranks for your name and feeds accurate information to every AI system. For a business site, service pages built to rank for the searches your customers make and to convert the visitors they bring.

What a rebuild did for one clinic
A Florida weight-loss clinic with two busy locations was drawing about 5,000 search impressions a month and fewer than 50 clicks. It had two location pages, and both sat outside the top 10 for the terms that mattered. We rebuilt the site the way AI reads the web, and the searches followed.
Under 50 clicks from search to 533, and 36,753 impressions, in ten weeks. Read the case study
Pre-launch baseline from the clinic prior site; post-launch figures from Search Console, launch 2026-05-16 through 2026-07-21. Regulated category: we report rankings and build work, never treatment outcomes. Client specifics under NDA.
04 Monitor · Only if you want it
Then we keep an eye on it, if you ask us to
A finished personal site mostly just works, and we will tell you if that is your situation rather than sell you a retainer. Business sites that publish regularly benefit from ongoing attention: content updates, performance checks, and watching how the site holds up in search and AI answers over time. Pair the build with search and AI optimization when you want the site actively climbing.

What a website cannot do
A new website will not rank a brand-new domain for competitive terms on its own; that takes authority built over months. It will not fix a review problem, and it will not rescue a bad ad account. We tell you which of those you are facing before you spend a dollar on a build, because a website sold as a cure-all is the oldest disappointment in this industry.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a website cost?
A personal brand website is included in the standard personal online reputation management package, which is $1,888, not billed on top of it. Business websites are quoted per project, generally between $3,000 and $6,000. Either way that covers design and development, the content structure, the SEO foundation, and the AI discoverability layer. There is no monthly fee for the website itself. Ongoing SEO management or content updates are separate services, priced on their own. You get the full quote before you commit to anything.
How long does it take to build a website?
Most personal brand websites are live within 2 to 3 weeks. Business websites typically take 3 to 5 weeks depending on the number of pages and complexity. Landing pages and microsites can be done in under a week. Those timelines assume you are responsive during the intake and review process. If you disappear for two weeks during the content review phase, the timeline extends accordingly. We will give you a specific schedule at kickoff.
Do I really need a personal website?
If your reputation, career, or business depends on people finding credible information about you online, yes. LinkedIn is not enough. It does not rank for plenty of name searches, you do not control the layout, and AI assistants struggle to pull structured information from it. A personal website is the one online property you fully control. It ranks for your name, tells your story, and feeds accurate information to search engines and AI systems.
What platform do you build on?
We build on modern static site generators like Astro. These produce fast, lightweight websites that score well on Google performance metrics. We avoid WordPress unless a client specifically requires it. WordPress sites are slower, require constant maintenance, and suffer from bloat that hurts search rankings. Our sites load quickly, require minimal maintenance, and stay secure without plugins or regular updates.
Will my website rank in Google?
Every website we build includes a full SEO foundation. This includes proper meta tags, structured data, XML sitemaps, clean URL structures, fast load times, mobile optimization, and semantic HTML. That puts you ahead of most websites from a technical standpoint. Ranking on page one for competitive keywords depends on the domain authority you build over time through backlinks, press coverage, and content. For your own name, a properly built personal website typically ranks on the first page within a few weeks of launch.
Will AI assistants be able to find my website?
Yes. This is a core focus of our builds. We include structured data markup, an llms.txt file, and semantic content architecture. This makes your site readable by AI crawlers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google Gemini, and others. We structure your content to answer the questions AI systems receive about people and businesses in your field. The result is a website that ranks in traditional search and gets cited when AI assistants answer questions about you.
Do you offer ongoing website maintenance?
Yes, but it is optional and separate from the build. Ongoing maintenance covers content updates, technical monitoring, performance optimization, and security. For personal brand websites, most clients do not need ongoing maintenance because the site is largely static. For business websites with regularly updated content, an ongoing engagement makes more sense. We will tell you honestly whether you need it based on the type of site we build for you.
A personal brand site comes with the package. Business sites are quoted.
That covers design, build, content structure, the SEO foundation, and the AI layer assistants can read. Business sites ship in three to five weeks. You own the site outright, with no recurring charges.
