Reputation and AI Visibility for Companies | Discoverability Co

For businesses / Companies and Brands

People research your company before they ever talk to you. We make sure the research goes well.

Prospects, partners, and candidates read page one and the AI answer before your team hears a word. Keeping that whole footprint accurate is a full-time job. It is ours.

The problem you already know

Search happens before the call

A buyer comparing three vendors searches each company name and reads whatever comes up before requesting a demo. A partner running diligence checks for lawsuits, reviews, and news before a contract gets signed. A senior candidate reads your employer reviews before replying to the recruiter. And a growing share of all three skip the search entirely and ask an AI assistant whether your company is legitimate, which answers with whatever it can find.

None of these searches happen with you in the room, and nobody announces that they looked. A review pile-on from one bad month, a lawsuit that settled years ago, or a former employee's post can sit above the work you are doing right now. The cost shows up as deals that stall, offers that get declined, and coverage that goes to a competitor, and you never learn which page did it. Our guide to what a bad reputation costs shows how to size that hidden exposure.

So here is exactly what hiring us looks like, in four steps and plain English.

01 Research · Getting the lay of the land

First we run the searches your buyers run

Step one: we search your company the way a stranger with money on the line does. The brand name. The brand name plus “reviews.” The quiet “is this company legit” check. We run them on Google and in the AI assistants, because those give different answers more often than you would expect. A company can look solid on page one and be described wrong, or not at all, when an assistant is asked about it.

Then we map every surface that speaks for you: your review profiles, your employer review pages, your press, your directories, your social accounts. Those surfaces often disagree with each other, and with you. A buyer reads the disagreement as doubt, and doubt goes to the other vendor.

02 Plan · Spelled out in plain language

Then we show you the plan, line by line

You buy services for a living, so you know this category's habits: dashboards, jargon, a monthly PDF nobody opens. Ours is a conversation. We walk you through what the research found, what should change first, what it costs, and what to expect month by month. We take complicated work and make it simple, and you will understand every line before you say yes to anything.

03 Execute · This is where we shine

Then we get it done

Execution runs on our clock, and it starts with whatever the research surfaced. We fix that first. We build or repair your website. We set up review management so happy customers get asked at the right moment and new reviews arrive steadily instead of rarely. We write the articles, place the press, run the social posts that carry them, and whatever else the plan calls for, we handle it. Your team keeps running the company.

The results get measured, and we publish the ones we can. A household cleaning brand on Shopify kept its monthly order volume while we cut its media spend 54 percent. For reputation work, we track page-one composition, profile accuracy, review coverage, and what the AI assistants say.

04 Monitor · You should not have to watch this

Then we keep the watch

Your footprint moves at the speed of your market: new reviews land, competitors change tactics, AI assistants revise what they say about you. None of that should be your team's job to track, so it is ours. We check your footprint weekly and send a monthly report in plain English: what changed, what we did about it, and what comes next. It reads in five minutes.

Monitoring also catches what nobody thought to look for. One client's website had been cloned pixel for pixel, real street address and a working contact form included, and it had been live for months before anyone noticed. Once we saw it, we had the clone offline in days, not months.

Watching closely has a second benefit. If something catches fire, a review pile-on, a story spreading faster than it deserves, a page climbing that should not, your team is not standing up a war room from scratch. We know your footprint and your baseline, and we can begin responding the same day. That is what crisis response looks like when the people responding already know the account.

We audit the whole footprint before we quote a dollar.

That means the brand name, the reviews check, the is-this-legit query, and what the assistants say when nobody from your company is in the room. You get back the results stalling deals and the cost of each fix. Confidential, from the first call.

If you would rather look before you talk to anyone, the free scan reads your first page of Google results and tags what helps and what hurts.
