For people / Job Seekers
Recruiters search your name before they call. We make sure they like what they find.
A job search is stressful enough without wondering what page one of Google says about you. We find out, we fix what can be fixed, we build what should be there, and we do it before the application goes in.
The interview that never gets scheduled
Somewhere between your application and the phone screen, someone on the hiring side opens a tab and searches your name. It takes them 30 seconds. What comes up frames everything that follows, and it happens before anyone reads your resume closely.
The cruel part is that you never get the feedback. No recruiter calls to say they passed because of an old post, a stale headline, or a thin profile that failed to confirm you are who your resume says you are. The recruiter who was enthusiastic on Monday stops replying by Thursday, and you are left assuming the market is slow. Often the real reason is sitting on page one, and you have never seen it the way they saw it.
So here is exactly what hiring us looks like, in four steps and plain English.
01 Research · Getting the lay of the land
First we search you like a recruiter would
First we run your name through the same screen a hiring manager uses. Your name alone. Your name plus your city, your employer, your field. We check Google, Bing, and the AI assistants recruiters now ask to summarize candidates, because those answer differently more often than you would expect. Then we document everything: the people-search pages publishing your home address, the old posts, the namesakes being mistaken for you, and the gaps where proof of your work should be but is not. A thin result can cost you a shortlist spot as surely as a bad one. It is the same process behind our digital background check research, run on you, for you.
02 Plan · Spelled out in plain language
Then we time the plan to your search
A job search runs on momentum, and a vendor mystery would only stall yours. Ours is a conversation. We walk you through what the research found, what should change first, what it costs, and what to expect month by month, timed against your applications. We take complicated work and make it simple, and you will understand every line before you say yes to anything.
03 Execute · This is where we shine
Then we clear the path
The clearing starts immediately. We pursue removals where a page is eligible to come down, and we outrank what is not. We get your details off the people-search sites. We build the pages that should own your name, a personal site, current profiles, work that shows your expertise, so the first page reads like the candidate you are today. That is personal reputation management, done while you focus on interviews.
The work is measured from the baseline we document before it starts: which pages rank, which details can be removed, which profiles need to be built, and how the first page and AI answers change through the search.
04 Monitor · You should not have to watch this
Then we watch it through your search
Search results move, and a job search is the worst possible time to be surprised by them. A new page gets indexed, a people-search site republishes your address, an AI assistant revises its answer. None of that should be your job to track while you are preparing for interviews, so it is ours. We check your footprint weekly and send a plain-English report: what changed, what we did about it, and what comes next. Short enough to read between applications.
Watching closely has a second benefit. If something new surfaces mid-process, an old dispute resurfacing during a background check or a post spreading faster than it deserves, it does not get to ambush your offer. We know your baseline, and we can begin responding the same day. That is what crisis response looks like when the people responding already know your file.
