Reputation Management for Dentists | Discoverability Co

For people / Dentists

Running a dental practice is enough work. How new patients find you is ours.

A new patient picks a dentist from the map pack, the star rating, and now an AI answer, all before your front desk ever hears from them. Keeping that first impression right is its own job. We do that job so you can stay chairside.

The problem you already know

A stranger picks their dentist in ninety seconds

Someone in your town needs a dentist. They search, look at the three practices in the map pack, scan the stars, read the two most recent reviews, and check that you take their insurance. The whole decision takes about ninety seconds. A growing share skip the search entirely and ask an AI assistant, which answers with one or two names instead of a page of options. You can run the best practice in the county and still lose to the office two blocks away because it owns that first screen and you do not.

Dentistry gets hit twice here. People are nervous about the dentist, so the patient who had a painless visit and a fair bill rarely writes about it, while the one who waited forty minutes or got a surprise charge writes three careful paragraphs that evening. And each patient the results page sends elsewhere is worth far more than one cleaning: the hygiene recalls, the family that follows, the crown or the ortho case down the road. The gap between third in the map pack and nowhere is a hole in the schedule that repeats every day, and you never see it, because the appointment simply never gets booked.

So here is exactly what hiring us looks like, in four steps and plain English.

01 Research · Getting the lay of the land

First we find out where you show up

Before we change anything, we run the searches your next patient runs. “Dentist near me.” Your specialty plus your town. Your own name, the way a nervous patient checks it the night before a first appointment. We run them on Google, on the map, and in the AI assistants, because those give different answers more often than you would expect. A practice can sit comfortably in the map pack and be missing from AI answers completely. And because Google ranks you differently a mile north than a mile south, we check the map across a grid of points in your service area. A practice can look fine from its own front desk and be invisible to the new subdivision across town.

Then we audit every listing that mentions you: Google, the review sites, the health directories, the insurance directories patients filter on. Wrong hours on one, an old address on another, a provider list that predates your newest associate. You would never see those contradictions, but Google sees them, and they quietly drag a practice down the local results.

02 Plan · Spelled out in plain language

Then we walk you through the plan

Dental marketing arrives by cold call, with guarantees nobody can keep. Ours is a conversation. We walk you through what the research found, what should change first, what it costs, and what to expect month by month. We take complicated work and make it simple, and you will understand every line before you say yes to anything.

03 Execute · This is where we shine

Then we work the plan

Sign off, and the work starts with the listings. We fix them until the practice information is identical everywhere. We build or repair your website. We set up review management so satisfied patients get asked at the moment they are happiest, usually right after a good visit, and new reviews arrive steadily instead of rarely. That steady flow does two jobs at once: it brings in the new patients who read reviews, and it moves the occasional bad one down to where almost nobody scrolls. We do not plant fake reviews, ever. In a regulated health field, getting caught manufacturing your reputation is worse than the original problem. We write the articles, we run the social posts that carry them, and whatever else the plan calls for, we handle it. You get back to your patients.

The results get measured across the service area, because the map changes block by block. We track grid coverage, listing accuracy, review flow, appointment calls from search, and whether AI assistants recommend the practice for the services you provide.

04 Monitor · You should not have to watch this

Then the map becomes ours to watch

The map shifts every week: new reviews land, a competitor opens a second location, AI assistants revise what they say. None of that should be your job to track between patients, so it is ours. We check your footprint weekly and send a monthly report in plain English: what changed, what we did about it, and what comes next. It reads in five minutes.

Watching closely has a second benefit. If something catches fire, one bad visit turning into a pile-on of angry reviews or a complaint spreading faster than it deserves, you will not be firefighting between patients. We know your footprint and your baseline, and we can begin responding the same day. That is what crisis response looks like when the people responding already know the practice.

We check your map ranking from the far side of town.

The report shows where the practice disappears from the map, which listings and insurance directories disagree about you, and what it takes to be one of the three names a new patient calls. Confidential, always.

If you would rather look before you talk to anyone, the free scan reads your first page of Google results and tags what helps and what hurts.
