For businesses / Restaurants
You have a restaurant to run. Getting diners to your door is our job.
Diners pick a table from a map pin, a star rating, and now an AI answer. Keeping all of that accurate across every platform is its own full-time job. We do that job so you can run the room.
Diners decide before they ever taste anything
Almost nobody picks a restaurant cold anymore. They search your cuisine plus “near me,” or “open now,” or your exact name after a friend mentions you, and then they scan. Star rating, the photo at the top of the map pack, the two most recent reviews, the price symbols, whether you show up at all. That scan takes a few seconds, and it is the real front door of your business. A growing share of diners skip it entirely and ask an AI assistant where to eat, and the assistant answers with one or two names instead of a page of options.
Restaurants also carry a heavier review load than almost any other business. Google and Yelp are the obvious ones, but TripAdvisor matters near tourists, the reservation platforms shape their own crowd, and every delivery app runs a rating that travels with each order. A 4.5 on one platform and a 3.2 on another tell two different stories about the same kitchen, and diners check both. The gaps between platforms are where trust leaks out.
You do not have time to watch all of that. You are running a kitchen, a floor, and a schedule. So here is exactly what hiring us looks like, in four steps and plain English.
01 Research · Getting the lay of the land
First we find out where diners see you
Before we change anything, we run the searches your diners run. Your name. Your cuisine plus your neighborhood. The quiet “is this place good” check before a reservation. We run them on Google, on the map, and in the AI assistants, because those give different answers more often than you would expect. A restaurant can sit at the top of the map pack and be missing from AI answers completely.
Then we audit everything a hungry stranger would touch. Hours that do not match between platforms, including holidays and brunch service. A menu from two prices ago. Delivery-app ratings you never see. A directory listing with an old phone number. You would never catch those contradictions from inside the restaurant, but Google sees them, and they quietly drag a listing down the local results.
02 Plan · Spelled out in plain language
Then we talk you through the plan
Vendors work your door all week, and their pitches all sound alike. Ours is a conversation. We walk you through what the research found, what should change first, what it costs, and what to expect month by month. We take complicated work and make it simple, and you will understand every line before you say yes to anything.
03 Execute · This is where we shine
Then we run that side of the house
Our side of the house runs every day. We fix the listings and keep the hours and menu current everywhere at once. We build or repair your website. We set up review management so the guests who loved their night get asked at the right moment, new reviews arrive steadily on the platforms that matter, and the ones that break platform rules get pursued through the proper channels. We answer the rest in a voice future diners read as confident and gracious. Articles, social posts, whatever the plan calls for, we handle it. You get back to the kitchen.
The results get measured service area by service area. We track map coverage, listing accuracy, review flow, calls and reservations from search, and whether AI assistants recommend the restaurant for the searches diners actually make.
04 Monitor · You should not have to watch this
Then we watch it service to service
Reviews land every night you are open. Competitors change tactics, platforms change rules, AI assistants revise what they recommend. None of that should be your job to track between services, so it is ours. We check your footprint weekly and send a monthly report in plain English: what changed, what we did about it, and what comes next. It reads in five minutes.
Watching closely has a second benefit. If something catches fire, a bad-visit post going viral or a health-inspection story spreading faster than the facts, we do not spend day one learning your footprint. We know the baseline, and we can begin responding before dinner service. That is what crisis response looks like when the people responding already know the room.

The scan lasts a few seconds. Every platform behind it is ours to keep straight.
The listings get checked platform by platform and the wrong ones corrected, then the photos and the reviews that decide the click. You see the price before anything starts. Kept between us, always.
