I have spent nearly two decades helping good work get found clearly online.
That started with distribution at Microsoft and continued through Feathr, Birthday.App, Jomboy Media, startups, and an AI business fellowship at Perplexity. My dad built trust one customer at a time in his Connecticut computer shop. I learned how to carry that trust into search.
Then my own name became the problem.
Then discoverability stopped being a business problem and became my problem in public.
I co-founded Benja, an advertising technology company that failed publicly. Bankruptcy and legal fallout made the worst part of my life the first result under my name. I used the same skills I had applied to products for years to rebuild what people found.
Now I do it for the people carrying what I carried.
