About Us
The Discoverability Company was founded in Philadelphia in 2024 by Drew Chapin.
We help people and businesses control what shows up when someone searches their name. Court records, bad reviews, thin search results, AI assistants saying the wrong thing. If it is online and it is a problem, we probably have a way to fix it.
Our clients are all over the map. We have worked with law firms, reality television personalities, actors, cybersecurity startups, a local auto shop, a cleaning products brand, a food podcast, and plenty of people who just want their name to stop being associated with something that happened years ago. If you are online, we have something we can do to help.
How We Work
No retainers. No long-term contracts. No packages designed to extract maximum revenue.
Everything is a la carte. You tell us what you need. We scope it, quote it, and do the work. One court record removal is one project. A full reputation overhaul is a bigger project. Either way, you know what you are paying before we start.
Drew touches every project. When a specialist handles the day-to-day, Drew still reviews it weekly. No account managers. No offshore teams. The person who built the strategy stays accountable for the outcome.
We do court record removal, content removal, reputation management, SEO, AI optimization, review management, Wikipedia, press placements, websites, podcast growth, and small business SEO. The full list is on our resources page.
What We Believe
Good people deserve to be found for the work they do. That is the whole premise.
We are honest about what we can and cannot do. If something is not removable, we say so on day one. If there is a cheaper way to get the result you need, we recommend it.
We publish our pricing comparison openly. Most firms in this industry hide behind sales calls and quote based on how desperate you sound. We think that is gross.
And we believe in second chances.
A Proud Second Chance Employer
We hire people who have been through the criminal justice system. Not as a PR move. Because they bring perspective that makes us better at what we do.
When a client comes to us because court records are costing them job interviews, some of our team members have lived that exact experience. You cannot fake that understanding.
We believe people who have paid their debt deserve a real shot at building something. We believe permanent exclusion based on someone's past is bad policy and bad business. And we believe the work we do, helping people clean up their search results and move forward, is one of the most concrete ways to make second chances real.
If you are an employer curious about second chance hiring, or if you have been through the system and are looking for work, reach out. We are always open to that conversation.
