UniCourt weighs three things: whether the case was sealed, involves identity theft, or involves a minor. The process runs in three 30-day stages, a decision, an appeal if denied, and propagation through search, so plan on up to 90 days total. The same filing often sits on other aggregators too, and clearing UniCourt alone won't touch those.
